Booking & prices
How much does an apartment cost?
€100 per night in May, June, September and October, and €120 per night in July and August. The price is per apartment and the same for 1 to 4 guests.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, 2 nights.
How do I book?
Choose your dates on the prices & booking page. You see an estimate straight away, then send the request. Nothing is charged. We reply with availability and the final price.
Why book direct instead of through a booking site?
You deal with the owners from the first message, and there is no middleman fee in the price you pay.
What about dates in winter or after October 2027?
Send a request anyway and we will reply with a personal quote.
The apartment
How many people fit in one apartment?
Up to 4: two in the queen-size bed in the bedroom and two on the double sofa bed in the living room. Groups of 5 or more can book two apartments.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes, a full one: oven, hob, full-size fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware and a dining table.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
Every two days, with fresh towels and sheets.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Both. Fast Wi-Fi (180 Mbps) and a smart TV in every apartment.
Is there parking?
Yes, free private parking at the building.
Are there ground-floor apartments?
Yes. Mention it in your request and we will do our best.
Arrival & stay
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 13:00 to 18:00, check-out by 11:00. Please tell us your arrival time in advance.
My flight lands late. What happens?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange how you get in. Guests arriving late have been let in without trouble.
How far is the airport?
5 km, about 10 minutes by taxi or car.
How far is the beach?
400 metres, a few minutes' walk. The village centre with tavernas and mini markets is 250 metres away.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children of all ages. Cots are available on request. Extra beds are not.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Can we have a party?
No. The apartments are in a quiet street and parties are not allowed.
